Transformed Toddler Boys licensed graphics T business into a full assortment including apparel, accessories and sleepwear. Developed the strategy of building on the assortment and brought cross-functional teams together from three companies to bring it to life. The assortment featured Batman, Superman and Spiderman. Following a strong launch, the partnership continued seasonally, spanning multiple years.
